Context is important for this one:
If people were saying: “I’m w my mom rn” = “I’m with my mom right now”
If people are responding to a tiktok or Instagram reel with “w mom” they might just mean “your mom for the win” (as in that persons mom is a winner)it’s a positive thing to be a winner so it means that the person has a good mom or a fun mom. But you can use “w” to refer to anyone as a winner.
Also sometimes people in America will say “bro you just took an L” which is a very friendly way of saying someone took a lose or to jokingly say they’re a loser

The "w" could mean "with". "w" is a shortcut for the word "with."
