Don't ever get an auto loan from this place; they are the worst. If I had known then what I know now, I would've stayed with my current lender; they were the best. I will never do business with them again.

I have been a Founders customer for around half a year and so far everything has been great! They have excellent rates on their CDs and money market accounts. I do most of my banking online and their online banking is easy to use. When I set up the account in person, the people at the Gaffney branch stayed past closing time to help me cash in my bonds and select the best accounts for me. Their customer service is exceptional, and I plan to use Founders for my future banking needs.

Founders is terrible when it comes to assisting the customer with fraudulent activities on their account . One of the craziest things they said to me was I couldn't file a fraud claim because I have done transactions with the company before ! So , based on the employees, just because you've had some type of history with the person stealing from you, that makes it all legal and your fraud claim thrown out!! I don't know who makes up these rules but management definitely needs to be improved ! So anyone who banks here , look forward to getting no help from them if your account is ever compromised because they couldn't care less . And although they were informed these people ripped me off and I had proof, they still made sure to add all those NFS fees making it their business to join in and be a part of me being ripped off twice !! Not to add I've been with this bank since 1994. Was definitely customer friendly then !

The process for APR reduction and Credit limit increase was easy. I love this bank, took all of 5 minutes to get both done. I will also call back to get an approval for my new auto as well. If I do it within 30 days they will use the same report. Easy peasy.

They have looked after my Financial needs for 20 years I have never been late on a payment with them pay loans out the head of time.

Great rates is the ONLY reason to put up with this decrepit financial institution. Their banking app is very outdated, their ATMs are terrible, for example put a stack of twenties in for a deposit with one dog-eared. Any other bank ATM will spit it out and then let you add it back in by adding to your deposit. Not FFCU as it will require a completely new transaction. Don’t use your debit card frequently and they cancel it with no notice and a arcane 104 code printed on the receipt if you use at an ATM. My advise is to use them ONLY for loans if needed and not as a checking account. You can transfer money from your true bank account to your lame FFCU account to make the loan appointment.

I had been with this business for over 23 years, but 6 years ago, after my husband died, I had to open up my own account, yes they were Very nice very helpful. But when my adult son became very sick, I begged them to take away my priority customer advantage service which allowed me to overdraft my account up to 350.00 per month! The NSF charges were killing me as I am 57 and on a fixed income! They would not do it! Plus their Fraud department is a joke! They do not have the capability anymore to detect current fraud attempts that the elderly face everyday! I will never do business with a local bank again! They are trying to ruin my credit while I am trying to save my son's life! They could care less Credit Union laws of protection haven't been updated since the 1970's and is in desperate need of Congressional discussion! They are a rip off! Quite similar to Bank of America and Wells Fargo rip offs !

I've been a founders member since 1997. I have my mortgage there, and have had various loans with them. They're easy to do business with and fast.

I recently applied for membership and the staff was extremely friendly and welcoming . The officer who took my information was also friendly and was not in a rush. He took time to answer my questions and gave me his business card when I left. I feel very good about my decision to open an account there

I really love Founder’s Credit Union because they were the only place that gave me a chance to consolidate some bills so I could pay them more effectively. Thank you for handling the entire process of getting the loan on line and by phone. I won’t forget this .

Could not access my money. Was told three different things on how to do my transaction. Incompetent employees. Danielle in e-commerce was rude and didn’t even get what I was trying to do. Withdrawing and closing my account, today. Poor customer service, do not know their own products and services and unknowledgeable people handling your money. Should be reported!
