Came in as a walk in, was told they didn’t have time to do a gel manicure because others had appointments so I settled for a regular manicure. Not more than 5 minutes later a woman came in as a walk-in for gel manicure and pedicure and they took her. The manicure I got is sloppy with bubbles throughout. The person bumped the wet nail with their hand and didn’t fix the mark they made. They were nice but I wouldn’t go back.

This place is amazing. So professional, amazing pedicures. I have had David both times I have been and he is truly gifted! The massages are great and I’m always so happy with my nails when I leave.

Shocked and disappointed with the service here. I went here with my friend, who got a pedicure. I got a gel manicure. We were in separate rooms, but once I finished paying I walked into the pedicure area to talk with my friend and wait for her to be done. She then texted me that the staff was talking poorly about us to each other. My friend is fluent in Mandarin, and was able to understand everything they were saying. They called us annoying, told each other we were taking too long choosing our colors (which took us less than 2 mins), etc. They were also swearing amongst each other. Overall, just very rude and unfriendly. I will never return here and I am mad at myself for tipping them the amount I did…. since I didn’t find out they were saying these things until after I paid. Do better.

I had Polly and she was fantastic! I have very short nails and she was so careful about not getting the gel on my skin. She was very kind as well and made sure my nails looked greatGel manicures

I got a dip manicure two days ago and whole my manicure has tiny cracks all through out my nails. I don’t think they did the dipping process correctly. I would not recommend dip powder manicures here.Dip powder,Manicure

Me and my friend went and they ripped off her nails with a credit card, cut her natural nail and put on the completely wrong extension (not what she asked for.) The lady next to me was crying because the nail tech was screaming at her. The workers where very cold and rude to both of us and my nails have chipped just a few hours after……not to mention the nail tech was screaming at the nice lady next to me because she had messed up the nails and her client spoke up. No thanks!!!!

I do not recommend this nail studio. They are very rude and did not respect my appointment time, and took over an hour to do a simple dip color change. They do not offer any nail art free hand designs only stickers that look childish at best. They spoke in their native language to each other the entire time and ignored their clients. Never go here. It is overpriced and extremely basic.

I love this nail salon!!! They use quality products and take their time. I love that it is appointment only. The atmosphere is relaxing!! The owners are amazing and very nice!!! The only nail salon that I will go to!!!
